These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FindMyBaller. By using our site, you agree to these terms without reservation.
1. Object
FindMyBaller is a personal, non-profit project: an entertainment platform that lets you discover, through a personality quiz, which football player best embodies your personality. The quiz runs entirely in your browser and the result stays on your device. The site is independent and has no affiliation with FIFA or the federations, clubs or players mentioned.
2. Service access
Access to the quiz and content is free. No registration or account creation is required.
3. User accounts
The service offers no user accounts: there is no registration, no login and no username or password. You use the quiz freely, without authentication.
4. User content
The service does not allow users to publish content: no video, image or text can be uploaded. The quiz and its result remain strictly personal and local to your browser.
5. Moderation
As there is no user-published content, no moderation is needed or performed. The site is limited to offering the personality quiz and displaying its result.
6. Intellectual property
FindMyBaller's design, source code and graphics are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.
7. Liability
The service is provided free of charge and « as is », as part of a personal, non-profit project. The publisher makes every effort to ensure availability and security but cannot guarantee continuous uptime or the absence of errors. The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
8. Modification of terms
The publisher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Substantial changes will be announced on the site, and the last-updated date above will be revised.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
